The family would recommend Stibbards unreservedly. 
Martin and David, in particular treated both our dad and the immediate family with respect and dignity and showed genuine compassion and care. I would like to thank Stibbards, Shoeburyness, for the excellent and compassionate way in which they handled the funeral of my husband. Phone calls and emails were answered swiftly and David was kind enough to drop by on a number of occasions to collect/deliver paperwork and various other bits and pieces. Lee, the conductor, had a supportive approach on the day and did not rush us after the service. We were pleased with the celebrant, Karon. Everything went smoothly and all was as we had wanted it to be. Thank you again, Sally.

I did find returning of phone calls when making enquiries a bit slack,  otherwise everything else was very very good. My Mum looked wonderful in the Chapel of Rest. She looked peaceful and well presented. The services on the day were absolutely fantastic, very thoughtful and professional. The staff on the day were fabulous.  Her basket coffin was beautiful and well made and Stibbards acted out all Instructions for the afternoon and service. Would definitely use them again.

Our experience with S.Stibbards was a very positive one. David and the support staff were very good and efficient prior to the funeral day and afterwards too. Scott and his team made sure everything ran smoothly on the day and made us feel very comfortable. We didn't feel rushed at any point.

David Brittney at the Stibbards Shoebury office was extremely kind and helpful and on the day everything went smoothly. We did a route from the house via all the clubs my husband was involved in and it was so wonderful that Lee got out and walked at every three, giving us time to see all the people who'd come out to pay their respects to my husband and time for the family to reflect. I felt very safe and comforted in Lee's hands. Thank you.
