Always there and very kind and understanding and polite alongside being in touch and always updating.  Nothing too much trouble and they always listened.  They treated Mummy like the beautiful person She is and decorated Her chapel with Birthday decorations as well as Mummy to celebrate Her Birthday whilst at rest!  Offered Me support and time always.  Got Me calm enough to be able to hold Mummy’s hand and kiss Her forehead as well as sing to Her as I always did.  So many special touches that I will be forever grateful for and will NEVER forget!  God Bless Them All As They Are All Angels Heaven Sent.  Such kind And special people. Thank You All is never going to be enough!

We would like to thank Malissa and all those involved for the  kindness and compassion shown to us when arranging my husband's funeral.  It helped so much to ease the burden at such a sad time.  We would also like to thank her for choosing Mike Coles to conduct the service for us.  He brought exactly the degree of warmth to the occasion which we had wished for.

Lovely staff, we had Phoebe arrange our deceased relatives plans, we went with the direct cremation and then we had the ashes buried, our experience was brilliant thank you

We found the Southend Funeralcare staff very professional and extremely helpful. Malissa dealt with our initial enquiries in a caring and informative manner and when we had an issue regarding the coroner's office and release of my mother from the hospital Steve from Funeralcare managed to sort things out. On the day of the cremation Emma and her team acted in a professional manner and everything went according to plan. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Arrangements made were perfect. From the first visit Malissa was knowledgeable and helpful. Her advice was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The men who drove the Herse and carried the coffin were friendly and efficient ,even arranging to detour to the local football ground. The day was as perfect as it could be thanks to the team at Southend Funeral care.

All the staff were extremely sympathetic, caring, helpful and professional from the initial appointment. Everything was fully explained and nothing was too much trouble to arrange. We were kept fully informed through all the arrangements being made.

The day of the funeral went very smoothly due to the professionalism of your staff. The whole family felt comfortable and reassured throughout the day.
