Sally was very caring, sympathetic to both my brother and myself. She was very patient with us and went through all we needed to know and answered all questions no matter how stupid they sounded. 
The suite where our mum rested was to a very high standard and we were allowed as much time as we needed. The undertaker rang prior to the funeral to explain how the day would progress and on the day was very professional and kind. I highly recommend the co-op for the love and care they showed us at such a sad time.

I was very pleased with my overall dealings with this company. 
However, I was not happy that nobody contacted me to say when  my father would be available for a visit. By the time I got in touch, there was only one day, and a short period available

I can highly recommend Steve the Funeral Director and his staff gave my late Dad a lovely respectful send off the day was very sad but it all whent off smoothly. If was marking them out of 10,l would give them 20 out of 10 also for Sally in the office,aswell as Rev.Williams. l was extremely pleased with the wonderful and dignified they made my late Dad's last journey. Well done to them all kind Regards Mike McCarthy.

I cannot recommend Cooperative Funeral Care enough, from the moment my mother passed away to well after the funeral, they were there to offer advice, guidance and support through the whole process. They made a traumatic time so much less stressful, which we are very grateful for.

Sally planned a fantastic service which was a lovely and fitting tribute to my mother, everything organised impeccably. Thank you to all the rest of the team involved, we appreciate all your hard work and are very grateful to you all.

We organised our Plan 13 years ago, extremely glad we chose the Coop.
The day was well organised and the team couldn't have done more for us.
Thanks go to SALLY and the team who attended to our wishes.
I'm sure my future...... demise will be equally attended to, albeit, less complicated.
We had to wait almost 8 weeks for the local cemetery to have a space for the internment at Hall Road, despite paying for the plot at time of arrangement (13 years ago!) Ludicrous

Very helpful, friendly and informative from the start of the process. However, didn’t need to be contacted on every single stage of the arrangements when it didn’t affect the outcome. 
The staff on the day were very good, Steve, in particular was excellent and made the whole experience very personal, not just ‘it was his job’ attitude. Very decent caring group of people the company should be very proud of.

From the moment you collected my Dad with so much care and compassion, to all the detailed communication from Sally in the branch, to the wonderful Rev, Jon Stannard, they put us in touch with, to then Steve and the team that drove us to the Crematorium on the day. It was faultless and we felt very cared for. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend you.
