Debbie . Was very helpful in every way possible for me and my family ,before the funeral myself and my son visited my wife at the chapel , it was really lovely how you done everything . Thank you, a funeral well done for all the family and friends, Debbie was excellent at handling all the arrangements, even if we forgot things that needed to be done. On the day the funeral cars people were friendly and smiled a lot which helped lighten a dark day for us. Everyone commented how well things had been done. And when i have spoken to other people about Stibbards of leigh doing the funeral they said they had used them and that they were excellent, which gave us confidence too. Thank you all.

Every contact with Stibbards was handled professionally and respectfully. Debbie in the Leigh office was our contact point and she kept us informed and answered all of our questions. On the day of the funeral Martin and his team were excellent and guided myself and my brothers through the pall bearing duties.

 Debbie and the Stibbard's team did an outstanding job of guiding the family through the process, step by step. All options were provided and discussed. We felt very well looked after and Debbie was constantly available for even the smallest items, questions or requests. The whole team made everything as easy as possible from the initial arrangements to the day of the funeral itself. Debbie kept in regular contact and was quick in answering any queries and John the celebrant was fantastic and delivered a great tribute to dad.

From the minute Debbie answered the phone, Stibbards have been completely wonderful.  From first to last and everything inbetween.

Their calm, guidance - accommodating some intersting requests - and the care on the day was outstanding.  We were honoured to have Martin Stibbard lead on my father's funeral.  He was awfully kind, considerate and smart.  Totally in command, while being amazingly understated, clever.  

Our theme was blue - the coffin, the flowers, everyone wore blue, so even Stibbards kindly wore blue ties to match.  Small but considerate and hugely appreicated gestures.  Our order of service was 10 pages long - and we sat painstakingly going over and over it, probably about 12 proofs until it was perfect.  The right font, the right shade of blue, the photos placed correctly, our special (peculiar) way of laying things out.  Every punctuation mark, every italic, every underline was scrutinised by us together.  I was so gratgeful for the calm, kind response. 

I would 100% recommend Stibbards.  They also suggested the incredible Seven Hotel for our wake, which we are also eternally grateful for.  What a truly wonderful place that is.

From the first phonecall to the moment the car dropped us back to the wake, all the staff at Stibbards were respectful, understanding and so helpful. They made a very difficult day go smoothly and without issue even when it began to snow heavily as we left the church. From my mother and my whole family, thank you for looking after my Dad and giving us a perfect farewell.
