I was very impressed with the excellent service our family received. At a very difficult time it was reassuring to have our requests dealt with in a totally professional and sensitive way. Nothing was too much trouble. We had several positive comments after the service about what a fitting tribute it was for my dad.

I was a little upset when I had a call on the day Mum died to say that her body was being taken to Colchester. It was not something I had considered as I assumed she would be close by.

However once I had a call from Kara I was more comforted.All the arrangements were spot on and I cannot fault the service provided in any way. Kara was the best person to have in times like these. A friendly voice and nothing was too much trouble. Steve the funeral director, Steve the driver and the rest of the team were so helpful and comforting too. A massive thank you from me.

My situation was a little unique and therefore a bit of a challenge - the staff at Leigh on Sea were so helpful, patient and made a difficult time less so. They were communicative, responsive and found ways to assist getting things done despite some hurdles. I am grateful for ALL the assistance given to ensure my wishes were fully realised.

Cara and everyone at the Coop were very helpful and compassionate at the very difficult time. My Wife was collected from my house and taken by very smartly dressed caring ladies to the funeral parlour, and I was kept informed as to where she was at all times. This was very important to me. 
On picking up my Wife’s ashes from the crematorium again the staff there were very caring.
