Stibbards are our family Undertakers. 
The service and care is quite frankly beyond their rivals. 
I asked for the wonderful Martin Stibbard to preside over my Fathers funeral. As he did for my son, mother and wife. 
To put into perspective. When you wait for the arrival of your loved one. You see Martin and his fantastic staff. You breath a sigh of relief. You know that all is in hand. 
I would also like to thank Martins people. Especially his daughter. She is continuing the fine tradition of the Stibbards family.

I had previously used stibbards for my mums funeral in jan 2021, where the service and professionalism was always first class in every aspect , so it made sense on my part to go my local branch in  hockley , and yes everything was first class right up from the word go at the beginning to the end on driving us to the wake at the cliffs Pavillion , 
Please thank everybody concerned from Scott , who came on the day of Barbara’s death and Louise in the office at Hockley.

Throughout the whole sad process of arranging my mum’s funeral, Louise was always there to guide us through the procedure and made a difficult time that bit easier. She was friendly and understanding and easily contactable when I had a question or was unsure of something.
Everything went so well and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Stibbards if you unfortunately need to arrange a funeral.

Louise was lovely in the Hockley Office made the process very simple at such a difficult time. 
The only thing I would change would be that all services are available at all sites as we had to speak to someone from another office to sort a headstone. No reflection on service just would have been easier to have only feat with Louise

This was obviously a very difficult time for my family and me. Stibbards were simply excellent and were almost like close friends who really cares. I have lost count of how often my requirements changed but the firm accommodated every request and anticipated many. I would like to particularly thank Louise Grove in the Hockley office who showed great consideration and flexibility to accommodate our wider family visiting from Ireland, as well as the many visits I wanted to make to my dear departed wife

Incredible service from start to finish. My beautiful nan had the best send off and everyone that attended said how well it went.
Massive thanks to David for putting up with me, answering all my questions and allowing me to visit my nan frequently. This really did help me with dealing with my nan's passing.

We were very happy with Stibbards’ services for our Dad’s recent funeral. We used them for my Nan’s funeral many years ago, then for Mum’s funeral two years ago, so we were confident they would look after Dad well. David and Andrew (in the Hockley office) were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Scott, who was in charge of the funeral on the day, was so kind and made sure everything went smoothly - nothing was too much trouble. The small personal touches make a big difference - from the book of remembrance provided, to the memorial service held later on in the year.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stibbards.

From start to finish David and his team were excellent, they dealt with us with sensitivity guiding us all the way through the process of arranging our fathers funeral. They really did gauge just right what support we needed and make some great suggestions to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day. 
Scott was our conductor on the day, and he was fantastic, kept us informed what was going on, but also brought smiles to a very difficult day, with his caring manner. Arranging a funeral must be one of the hardest jobs for a family to do - doing it well when you are grieving felt initially like an impossible task - but I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without Stibbards. Unbelievably, I had so many family and friends say it was the best funeral they had ever been too!!! Thank you David and Scott and the whole Stibbards Team.
