Stibbards looked after mum from the beginning right up to her celebration of life service. We were shown the utmost respect and professionalism throughout and we really felt in safe hands. All of the arrangements were made efficiently and without any fuss, we were encouraged to ask as many questions as we wanted and we were never made to feel a nuisance, we just felt supported from beginning to end. I was really impressed with the professionalism and empathy showed to me, throughout the whole time. I never felt rushed or pressurized into making any decisions. Martin who I delt with was amazing, he was happy to sit and listen to stories about my Mum, and held my hand through everything. It could not of been better . I hope it’s a long time before I have to organize another funeral, but if and when I do, it will certainly be Stibbards I would use . Thank you for making Mums funeral special ❤️
