Treated with respect and dignity. Gave advice and information throughout the process in a calm and thoughtful way and I felt I was supported along the way. Answered calls and emails quickly and made a very traumatic time a little easier to deal with.
On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly and we were treated with kindness and respect.
I'm very glad I chose the Co-op.

Hi I had been intending to write to the Old Harlow office to thank them .
I have been very well looked after, the phone calls to offer support and answer questions have been  much appreciated. There was a month between Charlotte passing away and the funeral and I received calls from office staff and Jamie who was organising the funeral.
Jamie called the day before the funeral to ensure everything was I order and confirm the order of service and delivery of flowers.
On the day the staff and Jamie in particular were impeccable. 
On time, efficient and exceptionally professional. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Personal service was excellant. Friday checkin phone calls made us feel not just a number. Funeral staff on day proffessional & helpfull. Lee Lewis celebrant did a wonderfull job.

Megan was  very good with organising the funeral for us very polite and helpful in every way, the lady crew for the funeral cars were also very nice, overall everything was perfect , the only one thing I  found   Was I wanted a white wicker basket, and I felt that   It wasn’t exactly white it was  plain, Megan did explain  when we came to view ivy  , about the colour, I feel that is the only disappointment. As I would like a white basket when the time comes for me and you couldn’t offer me that, but  my husband was ok about it , but I would recommend others
