I was a user of the harlow branch recently, i dealt with jamie who was a pleasure throughout the whole process. She made everything clear, and things were done at a pace that didn’t make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. She or another member of staff were always at the end of the phone if i had questions i later thought of, or when i was forgetful. They were very respectful to me, and my mother who passed. They looked very professional on the day of the funeral, were on time, courteous, and empathetic.  It was smooth start to finish. I felt supported and that my mum was granted dignity for her final send off. A massive relief to be had during such a hard time. Thank you jamie.

Fist time I’ve had to organise a funeral. Jan was very nice and welcoming when I just popped into the coop. Something I found a bit strange was not being told the direct cremation, maybe that’s how it is
