The funeral was arranged with courtesy, dignity, and without fuss.  The funeral director kept me updated constantly, and every effort was made to accommodate our wishes.
On the day the cars arrived punctually, and clean.
The pallbearers carried out their duties impeccably both in the Church and at the graveside.

I used the Co-Op Grays Branch for my wife who recently passed away. From start to finish they were (especially Lynne, who facilitated the funeral) very professional, empathetic, practical and helpful. I was always updated and it was always easy to make contact with them, if necessary. I could not fault them and the Co-op must be proud to employ such valuable members of staff, including Emma, the funeral director and her staff, who all looked incredibly smart. I would also like to thank Jo Alexander, who was the celebrant for the occasion, who also played her part with professionalism and empathy - so well done all round for making a sad occasion more manageable.
