My sincere thanks to the Coop Funeral Services in Danbury for their excellent preparation and execution of our daughter's funeral at Madon Fields Crematorium last week. Everything was perfect.

Co-Op Danbury were fantastic throughout. Access and parking at the offices was easy and stress free, and the surroundings relaxed and comfortable. Everything was managed professionally and with empathy and understanding. Our wishes were respected and we were afforded the time necessary to make all the choices and arrangements with gentle but expert guidance from the lovely staff. Our family extend sincere thanks to all the team.

Kari and Caroline at the Danbury office couldn’t have been more helpful land understanding.
Their professional and sympathetic attitude made a very sad time for our family much less stressful  and upsetting.
Everybody on the day of the funeral was very respectful and made sure the day ran smoothly.

From start to finish the ladies in The Danbury office were amazing.    They were knowledgeable and all questions raised were responded to swiftly. 

When we wanted to see Reg the whole experience was lovely.  He looked beautiful and like a sleeping angel.

The support I have received from Kari has been excellent
Kari has a great attention for detail and all the arrangements went as planned
Kari also has great compassion and was able to assist  me emotionally as well as sort out the funeral arrangements. A lot of the pressure was taken off me during this very difficult time and yet this resulted in a wonderful service to provide a fitting goodbye to my wife.

Very supportive at difficult time. Tried to get date & time that suited us, and by going round the various options available, were able to meet our requirements. Very happy with the Celebrant, who visited us and gave great advice on the content of the service. We used the Visual Tributes that was offered, and everyone who attended mentioned how much they got from this. Many thanks from me and my daughters.

Exceptional service from start to finish, they carry out your wishes to every wish. 
On the day they are so polite and caring and considerate of the grief you are going through but help you through the bad times making the funeral run as smoothly as possible nothing is too much trouble. 
The after care is faultless, would always  recommend there excellent service to anyone.

I liked the two walks in front of coffin.
The main bearer was very kind and one felt there was no rush - I felt I could have been in the Chapel all day and he wouldn't have ushered me out!!
The Vicar was kind and thoughtful - as though we had known each other for some time.
