Lee and his staff were amazing on the day, I had a lot of meeting with Lee and phone conversations he is just great! always happy to hear from me he made me laugh a lot which I love as it made me organising the funeral for my mum so so much easier and not so traumatic for me as I have never lost anyone so close to me until now, I can not thank you enough Lee for everything u did for me and my mum,

Lee made everything so much easier, even going that extra mile with hand delivering paper-work etc. He maintained telephone contact with any up-dates and kept me informed at all times.

Very professional, upfront and honest with us the entire time. Talked us through the process as it was all new to us. Very friendly and welcoming. On the day it went smoothly and as a special touch Lee told us that one of their cars, that was out for the first time had been nicknamed after our Dad. Could not recommend Freedom enough. Quality service from start to finish on every aspect.
