Everything went very smoothly and the funeral home took care of the arrangements. Jade was kind and supportive when I needed it most.  It was a little slower getting information about other services such as a memorial and I was then directed to the crematorium to enquire myself. I was told the legal team would contact me to other guidance but I did not receive any contact. I got the impression they were busy. 
The speaker, Jim, who took the service was great. He made it really easy and did such a good job. Laura,  who led the funeral was reassuring and supportive. I would highly recommend.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for making mums funeral such a special time, the dignity, care and love that was given really did make this time so so special for myself, Edna’s daughter and all her family, every little detail was thought of and I cannot thank you all enough. Nothing was a problem or too much trouble. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making mums resting place so special and her final journey past her nursing home.  Thank you. Andrea xxx

Excellent service I have dealt with Jade at Colchester St John’s and she is the best , so helpful and understanding . We had a flip at the funeral though no fault of the funeral home , we had the best funeral director driving our car and she was sweet kind and so helpful , so a situation we found ourselves in from the previous funeral turned   out ok .
