I'm truly grateful for the way that Tina and the entire team delt with my husband's funeral from beginning to end. They were patient, compassionate and kind. They went above and beyond and ensured that everything was done well. And it was an excellent funeral. Even with the complications that arose with my husband's death, Tina always found a way to help and also offered listening ears. I can never thank her and the team enough.

Our family could not be more grateful for the gracious and proud way of representing my dad John Edward Jones on the 22nd December at pitsea Bowers Gifford Crematorium. Kind patient and most of all empathy for my mum myself and sister and grandchildren and family and friends. Treated with the upmost respect thank you Canvey island branch.

Cannot fault the Co-op Canvey island at all. They handled everything for us so sensitively and nothing was too much to ask. I would highly recommend, Tina was fabulous throughout the whole planning process and everything inbetween.
