From the very 1st contact with the Canvey branch the care & service that we, as a family, received has been excellent.
Nothing was to much trouble, & all our questions & requests were dealt with efficiently & with huge compassion.

I was very pleased with the help and support from Tina in the office , very kind and understanding, very happy with the funeral  directors Jamie and driver and the staff at the chapel . Trevor made it very special . The only negative trying to get through on the phone calls didn’t seem to get through no call backs Tina didn’t get message a big negative

Tina and Paul at the Canvey island shop were very professional ,helpful ,and caring , all needed at a sad time and gave us great advice . James Cooper who held the service for my late mum Patricia Western was amazing and spoke with warmth .He is, a very lovely man who clearly has a passion for his job and a big heart.

It goes with out saying that the co/op.are and will always be for and the people and that's the same for the funeral service, because I went there and they totally looked after me, done everything for me with pure love and friendliness and as for my mum's funeral it was done just how I wanted it to be and more, which goes to say they went above and beyond to make this sad but special day comforting, but at the same time memorable....yes you could not ask for better

I would most definitely recommend the co-op to a friend/family member.  I felt they were very empathetic to our situation and really listened to what we wanted.  Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they even changed their ties/cravets for the day of Mum’s funeral, at our request, to match flowers we had.  I found them to be a very respectful and professional organisation.
