Harold White Buckhurst Hill has been excellent. Tracy understood our needs, she was sensitive and caring and helped us through the steps of planning and organising. Nothing was ever too much trouble or stressful. We used the chapel of rest which was organised beautifully too. Martin and the team on the day were superb, traditional, very respectful and caring throughout. I cannot recommend Harold White highly enough.

As a family, we have always used Harold White for our grandad's funeral in 2003 our dad's funeral in 2017 and our mum's funeral in 2023. Martin and Bernadette have always been very sensitive and considerate to our family's needs and the overall service is excellent, which is why we have used them every time over the past 20 years. Thank you for the lovely send off and smooth running of our late mother's funeral.
