from the moment we contacted the office and spoke to Zoe on how we could have my wife's last moment's on earth arranged and her cremation ceremony organised. we were dealt with a level of kindness and calm addressing our ( my son's and my ) needs for my wife , the service Zoe went through with a level of dignity and warmth which helped us deal with the sad event that had been put on us and made the process more relaxed than we expected giving us the options available and suggesting a Celebrant who she thought would be ideal and she was so right , the service was immaculate and the thoughtful Jamie phoned and described the timing of our pickup with my wife and the cars and how it would run even down to flowers and the photo that would be with them on the day , the Celebrant Jo Alexander came to our home and talked us through the service and did exactly as we had discussed the service cards we beautiful , your team guided us through the process with tenderness and respect the whole way through, you have an excellent team in Brentwood Essex thanks Jim Russell

Zoe the Manager at Brentwood Co-op Funeral Care was very sympathetic, attentive and communicated regularly with me all the way to ensure my Father Eddie's funeral went just as he and we wanted it to. Zoe was so thoughtful and attentive throughout.

Pauline who lead the cortège and her team was very respectful and professional guiding us up to the funeral taking place and then afterwards with kind words and ensuring we all had a comfortable ride home.

Jo Alexander the Celebrant, was also in constant contact ensuring all aspects of the funeral service were covered and advised me on many issues which was extremely helpful and offered me guidance and support in this tough time. Working hard in organising the service she ensured that everything we required for the service was provided on the day. Her professionalism throughout was greatly admired by our whole family as she showed a very compassionate side in the way she carried out the service for my Dad. Her voice was so clear yet very soothing when speaking and she offered her sincere condolences to all our family party. I must say I was very impressed.

Many thanks to Zoe who talked us through all the options and answered any questions we had very efficiently. She also had a very friendly nature when speaking with us and always had time to spend explaining the funeral procedure,even when we added or changed elements of it.
