We were treated with kindness and respect right from our initial consultation with Jo, to the ongoing support and instructions from Matt, which has all been very much appreciated during a very sad time for our family. Dealing with loved ones who have lost someone close, must be one of the most difficult things to do. In a time when people are deeply upset and emotions are at their highest, you need someone to show them care, compassion, as well as love and respect to the person lost.

I have expressed my gratitude directly to Matt, however I would like to say that not only was he great throughout the whole process, he has an ability to make you feel you/the loved one is the most important person to him and that he shares empathy, respect and a caring nature in all he does.

I cannot thank him highly enough.
