Every member of the team that we dealt with in the Shoebury office and on the day of the funeral were courteous, helpful and professional.

We had used them for my mother's funeral 16 months previously and were happy that all the high standards had been maintained.

We were very pleased with the excellent service that we received from S. Stibbards & Sons. They made a very difficult time as easy as it could be. Their attention to detail on the day and their support throughout was excellent. We cannot thank Martin enough for his professionalism and care on the day.

We would also like to thank Wendy not only for her support in planning the funeral but for also recognising how well suited Emma the Celebrant would be for our family, she conducted the service beautifully.

Excellent, friendly, caring customer service. Not at all rushed when planning Mum’s funeral, left us to plan without fuss but help and advice plentiful when needed. Met our requirements fully and kept in touch over the days leading up to the funeral. On the day everything ran smoothly and all staff professional and friendly. Thank you.
