    Lou was the face of co op funeral care in Basildon for us and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Mum opted for a direct cremation and I wasn’t aware that co op did these, and it was arranged with empathy and ease. Right from Mum being collected from the hospice, through to Emma the on call funeral director to getting Mum’s ashes back was made as stress free as possible by everyone at Co Op funeral care Basildon. Thank you

    Louise and the team were all very professional, polite and understanding, as usual. Nothing was too much trouble. We have used them 3 times now for our mum and dads and wouldn't go anywhere else.
