The service we received from McKenzie & Millar was excellent from start to finish. Sandra put us at ease as she collected all of the relevant information from my sister and I which can be difficult right after a bereavement. However gathering all of that information allowed us to take time out to grieve without worrying about arrangements. 
On the day Agnes was our funeral director and again everything went to plan with the cars arriving at the agreed time and the level of care and attention to detail was spot on. 
McKenzie & Millar really did take care of everything with the minimum of fuss and allowed us time to concentrate on Mum one last time. 
Highly recommended.

McKenzie and Millar arranged the funeral for my late Mother. From start to finish, Sandi made the process seamless. She was kind, helpful, professional and respectful. The funeral, although low key and intimate, was memorable for all who attended. I would thoroughly recommend McKenzie and Millar.

The funeral directors on the day were exceptional and could not have been any more helpful, explaining everything to make the experience as calming as possible.

All in all a great service was provided at a very difficult time for all the family. Cannot thank everyone involved enough.

Sadly I had to call upon McKenzie & Millar following another family bereavement. I knew I would receive an excellent service from them due to past experience. Again, they treated me with care, respect and compassion, from Marianne who made all the arrangements through to Claire who was there on the day of the funeral. They went over every small detail with me thoroughly to ensure that we were all able to say goodbye to my Dad in a beautiful, dignified and peaceful way. Their professionalism is second to none.

Everything went great only 2 very small complaints 1 cars arrived later than advised but understandable due to roadworks in area 2 refund for missold webcast took over 2 weeks to process
