At this very sad and most difficult time, my family and I were looked after with the highest standard of care and compassion. 
A wonderful community of funeral directors who take pride in looking after you from start to finish. 
There was never any question too big or small and it was reassuring to know that they were at the other end of the phone at all times. 
I would like to especially mention Sandi who looked after us directly in the run up and organising of my Dads funeral and also Agnes who looked after us on the morning and during the funeral service. 
Thank you from the bottom of hearts, we will never forget how much easier you made this whole process.

The organisation of the funeral was excellent. Mackenzie & Millar Funeralcare
 guided the family through all the essential formalities right down to every detail and the execution of the whole process was first class.  They even accompanied the family in the delivery of a meaningful and beautiful  spiritual service in the Church of Scotland by selecting a very compassionate Minister to conduct the Service. The family are very grateful to Mackenzie & Millar.

Met with Agnes and she took care of everything for myself and my family, absolutely fantastic, everything went smooth but the reason I have left an average review was that on the order of service they got the date of my mother’s passing wrong , Agnes was on holiday at the time of my mums funeral and do not point any blame towards herself and I am certain had she not been on holiday then she would have picked up on this mistake, but someone was to blame for this and that’s my reasons for leaving an average mark for review.

Only one thing I will mention 
Maybe is best when viewing the body to cover the feet/bottom half of the body with a sheet rather than have the whole body on show.

Compassion empathy dignity my family have been using McKenzie & Millar since 1960s and both parents had a funeral plan which made planning a funeral so much easier for an only daughter everyone so professional but kind to Lorraine Taylor
