Great service - very efficient and helpful. I was planning a funeral in Edinburgh whilst living over 200miles away. Being able to do so over the phone and via email made the process much easier.

Absolute first class service from start to finish for my mum and very helpful with the whole process as this was the first time I have had to do this. the service of my late mother was good but i think you left her far to long cause wen we went to view her it was very distressing as it didn't look like her as her mouth was not very nice also her nose was disjointed we couldn't let our daughter go as it would have been too distressing for her to view as she was very close to her nan

I was happy with the service given to arrange my husband’s funeral. Sandi was very gentle and caring whilst doing her job.
The order of service was excellent. Very happy with that job. Also the photos shown during the reflection were a great idea and went down very well. 
The seatbelt behind the driver in the limo proved to be difficult. It needed coaxing to pull it away
All in all a good job. I still await the memory stick of the funeral.

I would like to say a very big thank you to all staff, the professional service we received from the first moment we made contact was outstanding.
We asked for the coffin to be covered in flowers from top to bottom and to have green foliage over all 4 sides, George would have been so proud.when the family seen it we were amazed, it was outstanding, please pass on our thanks to the florist
