Mackenzie and Miller did a great job for us. I would argue that Mum wasn't really a candidate for embalming and viewing as promised but them, and she looked significantly different than she did, that said, she was nearly 3 weeks before we could view her due to circumstances. I think the best advice would have been to say she wasn't suitable for viewing. The funeral cars looked good from the outside but the seats inside were tatty and worn. Suggest recovering them. Everything else was great, well organised and carried out with taste. Thank you. ❤️
