All the staff were excellent from start to finish. Absolutely nothing was a problem and they dealt with everything with sensitivity and were very respectful at all times. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The service we received from Scotmid was exemplary. Every member of staff we came across was respectful and empathetic. They went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. They made what was a very difficult time easier.

 I must say that the funeral from start to finish went very well there was a couple of snags which Alan Taylor the funeral  arranger resolved very quickly I must thank all staff I was involved with for the kindness they should to myself and family.

First class service and organisation from Scotmid. Everyone involved extremely caring and professional. Allan who did the organisation, Christine who was in charge of the funeral and helped us through the day and Lis who delivered a fantastic service and eulogy for my mum. An excellent team.

I was disappointed with Scotmid Funeral service.. The day after my dad's funeral they were on the phone asking for cash..and sending emails out.
Because I was not asked for a deposit I was told that they could have stopped the funeral.
Also whilst we were paying our last respects above us other members of staff were making a terrible noise in the room above where my father was laid to rest. My sister had to go out and ask if they could keep noise down
It seems that money comes before the deceased
I was not happy with the service

All the staff were terrific and I would like to thank Allen and Christine especially for her professional conduct on the day. The only one problem, which was solved, was that we needed wheelchair access for my cousin and I enquired as to the access at the crematorium. However, unfortunately there must have been a slight oversight regarding access to the Toby as we were put in a private room that had a few steps but the staff at the Toby were very good and moved us where my cousin could have access. Overall your services were excellent and I thank you sincerely for that.

The funeral was delayed due to the late arrival of paperwork NOT the funeral directors fault, the care home seemed confused. All arrangements and the graveside service were perfection for which we sincerely thank Allan Taylor of Scotmid.

Alan was 1st class,very professional,always in touch to keep me updated with the arrangements and helpful with what I had to.
The funeral went smoothly from start to finish with everything from order of service to the hotel function taken care off,a burden I was happy not to handle at this sad time,i am very happy with everything scotmid done for me and my family.

Allan helped us change from the original burial plan to a cremation when getting a plot for John seemed to be a hold up on the time of funeral.
Although we would have preferred just to deal with Allan throughout the procedure his other colleague took over on our visit to sign papers.

Allan from Angle Park Scotmid was excellent and did a very good job with our Mothers funeral. Everything was organised perfectly and the service went extremely well. Despite having to make last minute changes Allan responded well and made sure they happened. Would highly recommend them as the service was first rate. Thank you.

From the start to the finish the staff where amazing to each off our family at these hard time at the lose of my dad's wife and us of your mother . Alan was very pleasant and very understanding. Plus the men and Lady with the hearse. Think phillip was outstanding ( sorry think that was his name ) could not do enough for us all.. ... Thank each and everyone off you .. Our son Stuart died in Edinburgh 6 weeks ago unexpectedly.
We live in Norfolk and had to organise the cremation in Edinburgh  from here.  We have had amazing and constant support from the funeral directors who followed our instructions  
(which often changed) without any hesitation.
The funeral was a mixture of tears and some laughter but so personal to our son.  
All the advice we received from the directors was proved to be the right advice.  We will always be grateful.
Thank you all so much for giving Stuart a great send off.
