Excellent funeral directors. Professional but also friendly and compassionate. They provided an excellent service. Explained everything in plain English. Very satisfied.

I can't really thank them enough for the care, compassion and professionalism all with a warm human touch, they showed us after the sudden loss of my brother. From the very first time we contacted them to after the funeral. Mary, Carolynne and the team were always there, and helped especially as we were trying to organize the funeral from a long distance way, they even arrange for us to be able to see my brother on Easter bank holiday Monday. The celebrant (Pete) who they recommended me to, done a lovely service, and really made sound as if he know my brother personally and not just reading it from a piece of paper. The whole team at St Leonards funeralcare made a family tragedy, a little more bearable and took a lot of the stress out of arranging a funeral.

From start to finish of the funeral arrangements and the attention to my wishes was excellent. All staff that I met were professional, sensitive, reassuring and friendly.
I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

Co op were very professional, warm and welcoming, Especially Demi, she was wonderful and attended to all our needs. They took fantastic care of My Daughter. I can't thank them enough for all their help at a very difficult time.

Excellent service by everyone and we felt supported throughout. The celebrant came to our house to learn about my mother's life and talking to him gave us real comfort. I really felt the service was about my Mum and celebrated her warmth and sense of humour. The funeral director couldn't have been more helpful and I really felt that he cared. Thanks to everyone from the St Leonards Cooperative for your help and compassion.

Office staff very helpful but I was misinformed about using our own cars which resulted in a distressing situation at the crematorium
