The team at St Leonards were attentive, professional, and paid great attention to detail.  They provided a wonderful send-off for our darling Alison - I couldn't imagine how they could improve on what they did. And Canon James Clarke officiated superbly, was helpful and supportive throughout, and led a wonderful service.

The funeral director was kind and professional throughout the planning and the funeral. She kept in touch before the day and talked me through everything. She understood what I wanted for my mum and everything was as I had requested.

It’s hard to give a rating. And expect a positive service when it comes to loosing a parent.  But, as much as it was something I didn’t want, coop did great. They was professional at all times but also with a hint of realness. They took their time to really listen to what I wanted and to make sure dad had the best day.  Visiting dad in the chapel of rest, was peaceful, he had been embalmed and he looked just like him, contrary to my worry he would be covered in make up.  Pete Welsh, was amazing. He really made the day about dad. He gave a honest true story to dads life. I didn’t want the fake normal words you hear at every funeral. He made it personal to him and everyone who left the room felt that.  Communication was great between all staff. Adrienne was lovely at the coop. She was always there if I need to chat or ask a question about something.  Thank you all so much
