This was a very difficult time following the unexpected death of our son Richard but from the moment we walked into the CO-OP, Polegate Funeralcare Centre the difficulties became problems solved. Chris, Barbara and the rest of the team were kind, informative and sopportive.

The funeral itself, hosted by Chris's recommended Celibrant, Alan Packard was everything we could have wished for as we said goodbye to or son, with his sons and friends around us. Thank you so much TED and Carole

My sister and i were so impressed with the help and advice we were given from start to end , everybody was so kind and all the arrangements went to plan the day wouldn't have gone so well without them. Angela at polegate funeral was so lovely and Steve instead who did our readings and service was perfect and Peter the lead bearer was also so kind and helpful, the family chapel was also so private and comfortable we would like to say thankyou to everyone

The service provided by the Co-op was first class from start to finish in that on the day everything was so well organised we did not have to worry about a thing and as such it us it allowed us to just think about saying goodbye to our loved one.
  They also put us in touch with a wonderful celebrant Clair Robinson who chatted to us beforehand and on the day made us weep and smile in equal amounts.
  A sad but a lovely day that will stay in our memory for ever.

We were very pleased with the arrangements that Polegate Co-Op put in place for Ron.
Barbara was professional but caring. She listened to all of the family, taking into consideration our requests and made some lovely suggestions which were were very grateful for. She also recommended an excellent Celebrant.
Megan, the Funeral Director, was calm, professional and reassuring. She ensured that the funeral ran very smoothly.

I bought a prepaid funeral 15 years ago for someone when I became their guardian. I often wondered if it was a good or a bad purchase…. You never know until it’s time to use it and recently there have been a number of scare stories In the media about these products.

Well it went well. From the phone number in the pack connecting through and all the arrangements being delivered as specified without any fuss, or additional payments, I would recommend Polegate CO-OP and their pre paid funeral product.   I am thinking about getting one for myself.

The service from Co-op Funeralcare was excellent. We were pleased with every aspect and even the mis-calculation of the coffin size for burial, lightened the atmosphere and gave people the opportunity to see the wonderful paintings on the coffin in more detail, featuring my Father's life.
