Angela guided us through the whole thing. Giving us time and explaining everything in fine detail. It appeared nothing was too much trouble for her.
Chris was so lovely to my mother on the day, he took her hand and helped her into the car, you could see he genuinely cared. Chris also added personal touches to the day.
I really can't thank the team enough for making what is a very sad experience as easy as possible.

From the first appointment with Angela, we were never rushed, everything was explained, and we felt very supported.
Special mention for Megan. She was amazing. She called prior to the funeral to run over things. She was so caring and compassionate. It is obvious she loves her job. On the day of the funeral, it was comforting to have chatted to Megan prior to the day. Again, she was very supportive and just had such a lovely manner about her.

Our funeral consultant was Barbara who was very helpful and understanding and enabled us to take time in our decisions for our late fathers funeral. Her approach was both professional and inviting with an emphasis on very warm undertones that were very appropriate.
