Very good - funeral plan was already paid for by my mum. The only stipulation was that they ideally choose the date and time which was a bit of a downfall however i suppose that’s all part of the price. Chris the funeral director was lovely.

The most amazing service and complete care at such a difficult time. The arrangements were entirely as my husband and we all wanted. Barbara was brilliant in making arrangements and Chris was also exceptional on the day. The celebrant conducted the service exactly as we wanted. Thanks to them all.

The co-op at pole gate were amazing from start to finish 

I can not speak highly enough of the staff from the moment we met them to arrange my mums cremation to the day off the cremation 

There eye for detail is amazing 
I can not speak highly enough of there choice for the celebrate I was very particular of the person I wanted for a celebrant

The co-op staff knew the very person Mr Alan Packard an outstanding celebrant and human being 
If you find you are in need of a celebrant choose this man 

Time never heals when you lose your mother but the co-op staff at pole gate made the journey much easier for the whole experience 

The funeral director rob was amazing kind and compassionate 

So if you find yourself needing the service of the co-op pole gate you will not diss appointed

Sadly I have had to organise 3 funerals since March 2020. Each time I have used the Polegate branch of the Co-op. There is not one thing that could be changed to improve their service. I will be forever grateful for the attention to detail, compassion and help given to me at the saddest times.

The Co-Op at Polegate again dealt our bereavement in a highly professional and competent manner, they were able to get the same celebrate that conducted my late sisters funeral, something my Brother in Law asked for.

On a very sad occasion coming so soon after the loss of our mum, your service was once again very good. The only thing that stopped me from giving excellent was the mix up regarding the floral tribute. However in every other aspect your service was very good.
