I was very pleased with the funeral arranged by Co-op Funeral Care in Peacehaven for my close relative. They provided a very personal and taylor made funeral, listening to my requirements and offering advice. They kept me up to date with all arrangements and were very respectful. Everything went very smoothly which was a great comfort at a very stressful time.

All contact up to day was by phone and email. It was difficult but manageable. On the day everything went really well. Tracy the funeral director and David Halland who took the service were both superb and understanding of limitations of numbers. We were over the limit by two people but were able to leave the doors open so they could see  and hear the service.

Rachel was so professional and understanding. She managed to source the same vicar that carried out my late mums funeral 14 years ago and ensured the same chapel as well. She kept in contact by phone and email and was really supportive. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She was unable to attend in the day but Justin was brilliant and so kind. There was no rush and we were allowed the time we needed. Cannot thank them enough.
