Very helpful throughout the planning process. Shame Co-op do not offer a webpage for charity donations like some independents. The celebrant was perfect and Funeral Director was very sympathetic and helpful but it would have been useful to have been able to speak to him earlier in the week.

I would have said excellent apart from the fact that we were unable to speak directly to the funeral home. It was very distressing to be put through to Head Office each time and to speak to people who didn't know us. Justin, the Funeral Director was magnificent but without his support my review would be quite different. The funeral service was wonderful and the Celebrant excelled. Well done Justin for making sure that everything went smoothly on the day. For anyone wanting a Celebrant I can't praise Jon Matson-Higgins enough.

The Whole process of information,choice and suggestion, was exemplary! All the team followed my family's wishes to the letter. The ceremony was seamless due to their expertise. I cannot speak too highly of their professionalism which helped to make a difficult time for us all into a memory and celebration of Maureen's life .
