Lucy and Dawn were absolutely amazing in arranging Mums funeral. So supportive and caring. 
It was a very difficult time and they both made it as easy as it could possibly be. Arranging everything from the celebrant to the flowers , putting together the slide show.

At a pretty dark time lucy and the team at white feather were a ray of sunshine.

Lucy helped us plan a service and funeral arrangements that were unique to my husband, and gave us the opportunity to celebrate his life in a way that focused on the positive impact he had on his family and friends. 

Not only that, but she supported our family with care and compassion all the way through, being available as needed and bringing in the perfect partners for catering, flowers and other ideas that helped make it as individual as he was in life.

I could not recommend White Feather and Lucy more if you are looking for a funeral director that genuinely cares, respects, listens and supports you every step of the way.

Thank you ever so much for helping us remember Tom in the way he deserved, our family is so grateful to you.

Lucy and Dawn at White Feather were excellent in all aspects of organising my dad's funeral. Due to family coming from abroad we needed to arrange things quickly. From our first meeting I found Lucy's compassion and understanding, and easy character, gave me confidence that everything would be arranged efficiently and to a high standard, which it was. I chose White Feather Funerals as I loved the fact it was female led, and as dad had been cared for by 5 female carers at home, felt it was fitting that his final journey be conducted by ladies. Right from the start Lucy provided a friendly, personal chat, with attention to detail. Lucy recommended the Celebrant Mark Procter to us. We felt very comfortable talking with Mark. Mark delivered an exceptional order of service. Very pleased. The order of service pamphlet was well done, with an extra thoughtful touch of a packet of Forget Me Not seeds. So thoughtful. The White Feather attendees were dressed very smartly. Paul and I felt we were dealing with friends, rather than an austere funeral directors. Would highly recommend. Wish we could have had them for my son's funeral earlier in 2021.

I really can’t speak more highly of Lucy and Dawn at White Feathers, they were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful during a tough time for our family.

They were always there throughout the whole process to provide advice and guidance, with a kind, gentle touch and great attention to detail.
 
It was such a comfort for us all to know that Mum was in the care of two compassionate and professional ladies, and along with the wonderful celebrant, Mark, and beautiful flower arrangement created by Ana, we were able to give Mum the loveliest of send offs. Our thanks again to you all.

I did not want the formal and usual crematorium funeral. Following a private committal, we were fortunate to be able to have a garden service and celebration at home, in the garden that my husband loved. Mum spent some time planning parts of her funeral and had the opportunity to meet with both Lucy and the recommended celebrant, Mark, prior to her passing. This made our job a little easier when the time came and to be honest, Lucy and Mark were on hand whenever we needed their guidance and honesty. The process was easy and relaxed in the planning and on the day, the service felt calm and personal to us. We would recommend White Feather Funerals.

Lucy and Dawn at White Feather Funerals were fantastic. They opened my eyes to how different funerals can be. We chose to celebrate our Mums life in her beloved garden. With lots of additional touches to make a very sad day a very memorable one. It felt much more like a celebration than a traditional funeral. We chose a purple cardboard coffin and unusual transport to give our mum a good send off. Dawn and Lucy made a very difficult time much easier. I would highly recommend them.

The service provided by Lucy and Dawn was wonderful at a very distressing time.

We felt both dad and us were taken care of by them, they carried out our wishes exactly making our final goodbye very peaceful, not having to worry about any details just saying goodbye.

A very different experience to my mums funeral with a larger funeral company which was very impersonal and felt like it was all about the money not our family saying goodbye.
