Wow well where do i start words can't describe how amazing they all were and are, they made us feel so at ease , very helpful, caring and i can't fault them at all . Every little detail was covered , the communication from the start was perfect and the attention to detail was spot on , the service itself and the day was so beautiful and after care was just as good . My Family and I can't thankyou you enough. PS..mummy would have been so so happy .

The only constructive comment I have for improvement is that the funeral directors should always include the customer in discussions about interment.

I was very pleased with the service I had from Paul and his colleagues at Eastbourne Funeralcare. I felt I was helped to have a thoughtful, well-planned ceremony that was sensitive and wholly appropriate for the occasion.

I was encouraged to remember my husband in a way that was meaningful to myself, our son and the close friends who were present. The process also helped my son and myself to create a website which used content from the ceremony.

We were encouraged to make our own choices for the, slightly unconventional, music and to have a friend, a Humanist celebrant to help us. The recommended florist created a beautiful arrangement of exotic flowers which was absolutely right. Friends who were present said it was exactly the ceremony my husband would have wanted.

I am very grateful that we were given the time and encouragement to develop our ideas. I also appreciate the patient and caring service we received throughout the entire very supportive process which made it very meaningful for myself and my son..

The deceased had pre-arranged and paid for his funeral in advance which obviously made everything straightforward. However all associated information about procedures was relayed to me promptly and clearly.
