Following the passing of my father, I had no hesitation in contacting Eastbourne Funeralcare after the great service we received from them when my mother died. Abby handled all of the details with her usual efficiency and sensitivity and Julia was also incredibly helpful when our initial date had to be changed due to illness. On the day, Chris and his team were amazing. For this company nothing is too much trouble and they will always go the extra mile. Thank you for all your kindness and support, it was invaluable and very much appreciated.

We were invited to visit the office to talk with Julia who was very sympathetic and understood our needs and was able to reassure us and be informative in a sensitive way - I appreciated her expertise .

Julia called to introduce the Funeral director who would call the day before the service and again was reassuring about our plans.
We felt everything was dealt with in a very efficient yet re-assuring way.
Thank you to all who had any involvement in dealing with my Uncle and with us as the service arrangers.

Just a very minor thing and not an issue for us as it has been resolved, but could be awkward if it happened to another family - there was a slight delay in the celebrant receiving his cheque.
EVERYTHING could not have been better and we would have no hesitation in recommending you again. Thanks Rosemary Fincham

Co-op funeral service are truly wonderful and caring. They went through everything with us & nothing was too much trouble. At Dad's funeral we had 2 buglers from the Portsmouth Royal Marines & a flag bearer from Eastbourne Royal Marines Association. Everything went according to plan, Dad would have been proud of his send off thank you

The team she provided us on the day we couldn’t of asked for anymore, they made the day extra special for us as a family and the celebrant she found for us, his service was brilliant and made a perfect day for us.

The service and care are fantastic. Helen was great and answered all my queries immediately, I never had to check if I needed to do anything - she always prompted me to do what was needed in a very appropriate way. Thanks so much for handling everything with extreme efficiency and speedy and clear communication.

Ben and the team that supported us on the day were also fantastic I felt fully informed throughout and he was so calm and gently steered me when/where I was needed. A really nice touch was checking I had a door key when I left the house in the morning. I can see how that can easily be overlooked when its such a difficult day with emotions running high - how thoughtful and I can only imagine what a disaster it would be if you got home after a very emotional day and realised you couldnt get in!

No hesitation is giving a 5 star rating.
