Helen helped us with my son's funeral. She guided us through each plan listened to what we would like too. My son's funeral was to be in chichester so helen liaised
With Ali from that branch and we had the funeral that we thought our son would've been proud of. Thank helen, Ali and the teams involved from both branches.

From the beginning of the process to initiate my mother's funeral plan through to final completion the service received and understanding of our loss was so good. Help was provided when required and deference to our requirements handled deftly.
Both in the office and on the day of the funeral the staff provided exceptional understanding and my sister and I could not have been more satisfied.
Thank you to everyone involved in ensuring the day went so smoothly.

Everything was perfect and just as I'd requested.

All members of the team were knowledgable, helpful and understanding.
There was a broad choice of options on everything from the coffin to the order of service. Therefore no hidden fees - everything was very 'up front'.

Julia and the team have been an enormous support to me when having to navigate such a difficult and complicated time in my life with the funeral for my belated dad. The support they have given with calls to talk through the process, keeping me up to date on the progress and expectations have all been such a relief. The day of the funeral, despite it being an extremely small funeral party the team were extremely professional, kind and supportive, knowing me by name which just gave it such a personal touch. I even got a call after the funeral to check in with me, again going above and beyond what was expected. I am truly grateful for all they done for my dad, me and the family. Thank you, Sam

Helpful, pleasant, understanding, everyone I met in the office were great, nothing was to much trouble for them, they led me through the bits when I didn't have a clue.
The ladies helped me to put together a service for my late husband, that not even the inlaws could fault, so many compliments, and comments that the service was so him!
