Sallie helped with our dad’s funeral; were only in our early 30s and also have a 15 year old brother having lost dad young and not knowing what you do they held our hands every step of the way. They were really excellent

Philip and Sally could not have been more helpful, efficient, compassionate and understanding . From the start everything was clear and transparent. Each separate charge was identified and reasonable , indeed I was surprised at just how reasonable the cost was, especially given the personal attention given throughout, from our first meeting to after the funeral. I am very pleased to have been recommended Sussex Funeral Services by my Mother's care home, they spoke very highly of Philip and I understand why. The service provided by this independent funeral was outstanding.

Right from the very first phone call I had total confidence that the service for my dad's celebration of life would be handled with the care and personal attention that we wanted. We are truly grateful that Philip and Sally were able to help us through the difficult period of losing our beloved dad with sensitivity and understanding. It is great that we still have independent providers of such services when so many similar services are being dominated by the large corporate bodies. In spite of this their charges remain very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

We received first-class help and support throughout the whole period of our late son's funeral. - from discussion beforehand, the funeral itself and post-funeral assistance. Sussex Funerals consist of really understanding, sympathetic and kind people. They were outstanding and I should recommend them to any family who sadly suffer bereavement. It is a horrible experience to go through losing a loved one. Having a firm such as Sussex Funerals undoubtedly lessened the grief at an extremely difficult time.
