Chris and Maria provided outstanding service at a very difficult time in our lives. The sudden loss of my Dad completely threw our family and we did not know what to do. We looked at several different funeral directors, wanting to find somewhere local who we could trust to look after Dad. I cannot express our gratitude for their compassion and understanding. They helped us every step of the way, listening to us and guiding us to make the right decisions. Chris was always ready to offer advice and Maria was so friendly and supportive, always available at the end of the phone answering all my questions, big or small. We felt as if we’d known Chris for years and appreciated his humour and empathy. It was really important for us to have one consistent point of contact, someone we knew and felt like we had built a relationship with. 
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jefferies Funeral Directors to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. They could not be in better hands.

Maria and Simon were warm and caring and nothing was too much to ask of them, we felt that we were cared for as if we were a member of thier families and felt nothing but love was shown to us in regards to the planning of the funeral, the care of us and our mum as well as the after care. I have used Jefferies on a number of occasions and as a family we have faced very difficult times in recent months, having lost Mum and Brother Michael in a short space of time, who were very close, dearly loved family members.
The team at Jefferies Funeral Services, Simon, Kim, Chris and Maria have provided wonderful support and help throughout theses extremely default and upsetting times.
Their kindness and understanding have been exceptional as always, and I thank them all most sincerely for helping myself and my family through this particularly painful time.

Chris & Maria at Simon Jefferies made our Mum's (Emine) funeral a much better experience than ever anticipated. It was a surreal and tragic time for our family, but having the support from Chris was so fantastic. From the moment we engaged their services, (an out of hours phone call) we knew she was in safe hands. Arranging for Mum to be collected from hospital the very next morning meant we didn't have to worry, and was a surprising reassurance . Just the simple words that Chris uttered: 'I'll look after her as if she was my own' meant so much to me personally. The details and arrangements, the care and attention during a challenging health pandemic, and accommodating us was a support that we will always be truly grateful for. Thank you so much from us all.
