Excellent service, so friendly and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about their service, all the staff are so lovely, they take all the stress and worry off your shoulders and have time to listen to your individual requirements, nothing is too much trouble. They offer very good advice and services. Jefferies has arranged both my mother and father’s funerals and on both occasions we have been extremely happy with their service. I would 110% recommend them to everyone. Thank you all for caring and offering such a wonderful service to us at our hour of need.

As a family we was using the services of Jeffries at a totally unexpected time. We have never had to deal with the parting of a close family member before, we were helped through the process with care, compassion, and understanding. We could not have asked for better service, we was advised at every stage of the process in a very professional manner, even on the funeral day we was treated, explained and advised every step of the way.
I fully recommend this company especially Jeff Harland Jones who went the extra mile, was polite, helpful and professional throughout.

At a very sad and difficult time, made more so by not living in the area and so having to make all arrangements remotely, Maria and her colleagues at Jefferies were professional, sensitive to our needs and extremely helpful, especially when choices had to be made. I believe that being a family firm gives that sense of individuality that was so important to us.

Couldn’t fault Jeffries funerals , they were great from the first meeting with Maria who arranged our meeting with Sean who was excellent with the service he gave our dad but we especially want to mention Michael who done so much for us he was there from start to finish and took a lot of the stress from us. Maria and Michael, part of the Simon Jefferies team and the pallbearers done a wonderful service from when I contacted them to inform that Mum had passed away to when they collected my Mum from the hospital,they went through the individual parts of what was involved for Mum's funeral preparations, they Mum look lovely in the chapel of rest, they went through the paperwork involved in the Argus announcement, They arranged the order of service printing for the church service from the draft we gave them from Father Andrews draft copy,they carried my Mum into church with such dignity and they took Mum out with the same dignity.They did with dignity the carrying of my Mum into the Crematorium on her final journey.It was a dignified funeral for my Mum, just as she would have wanted it to be and everyone said what a wonderful send off for my Mum and what a wonderful Funeral company.
