We were kept to date with progress, which was due to a delay in having our dad's body released.

Maria and Michael, part of the Simon Jefferies team and the pallbearers done a wonderful service from when I contacted them to inform that Mum had passed away to when they collected my Mum from the hospital,they went through the individual parts of what was involved for Mum's funeral preparations, they Mum look lovely in the chapel of rest, they went through the paperwork involved in the Argus announcement, They arranged the order of service printing for the church service from the draft we gave them from Father Andrews draft copy,they carried my Mum into church with such dignity and they took Mum out with the same dignity.They did with dignity the carrying of my Mum into the Crematorium on her final journey.It was a dignified funeral for my Mum, just as she would have wanted it to be and everyone said what a wonderful send off for my Mum and what a wonderful Funeral company.

Hello there, Although I've been to many funerals, arranging a funeral yourself for a loved one is a completely different thing. After reading countless reviews online and having no idea how to proceed I phoned Jefferies, after a recommendation from a friend. They listened. And that's a good start. We had to wait for probate, they were patient and supportive. The family changed their minds about the service and arrangements a couple of times, Jefferies were flexible and accomodating. On the day of the service, most of our family were late arriving, the Jefferies team remained calm and patient. Thank you all so much, Maria, Sam, Simon, the drivers and bearers. Keep up the good work.
