I'd highly recommend jefferies. They were very efficient and caring without fussing overly. Both my parents used the Golden Leaves service to pre pay their fees and indicate their wishes making the process very straightforward. Sean Avard, the celebrant organised to carry out the service was excellent too, also recommended.

As a family we was using the services of Jeffries at a totally unexpected time. We have never had to deal with the parting of a close family member before, we were helped through the process with care, compassion, and understanding. We could not have asked for better service, we was advised at every stage of the process in a very professional manner, even on the funeral day we was treated, explained and advised every step of the way.
I fully recommend this company especially Jeff Harland Jones who went the extra mile, was polite, helpful and professional throughout.

At a very sad and difficult time, made more so by not living in the area and so having to make all arrangements remotely, Maria and her colleagues at Jefferies were professional, sensitive to our needs and extremely helpful, especially when choices had to be made.
