Simon and Kim Jefferies were extremely helpful and understanding they offered as much advice as I needed on all matters and made the whole process of arranging a funeral very straight forward they were even happy to make me a drink and just chat they really look after everyone and are affordable

The team at Jefferies were very professional and well presented. They helped us step by step  which made the process much easier at such a difficult and sad time for us mum was well looked after we knew mum was in good hands

Simon and his team ensured that the funeral, which was some distance from our home, went smoothly and without fuss. They were quietly efficient and very respectful, and liaised with the celebrant and burial site as required.

They are very approachable, helpful and made a stressful task so much easier.

Simon and Maria were marvellous! Organising a funeral for a loved one is heartbreaking, but their calm, kind and efficient manner made it so much easier. Despite the fact that we had to organise our funeral quickly they never made us feel rushed, they listened to us and our wishes were totally respected. Wonderful customer service. Highly highly recommended.
