Simon and Maria were marvellous! Organising a funeral for a loved one is heartbreaking, but their calm, kind and efficient manner made it so much easier. Despite the fact that we had to organise our funeral quickly they never made us feel rushed, they listened to us and our wishes were totally respected. Wonderful customer service. Highly highly recommended.

Maria, Simon and all the staff at Jeffries Funeral Directors were kind, caring and considerate. They provided an outstanding service to us and made our dear mother’s funeral as special as it could be. We felt everything was organised very efficiently and explained sensitively right from our first contact to the day of the service. There are so many decisions to be made and all of the recommendations were perfect from the order of service and flowers to introducing us to our lovely Celebrant Laura. A big relief we found you and we couldn’t have asked for more on such an important day!

Jefferies Funeral Service was excellent in arranging my mother's funeral. They were kind and compassionate as well as being appropriately professional.

We felt they enabled us to concentrate on saying goodbye to our mother, due to the fact that we trusted their professionalism in organising and facilitating everything on the day. Thank you.

The service received from Jefferies was exceptional. This was from our first meeting, where we were spoken to with compassion and understanding, through to the funeral itself. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated our requests without any fuss. They also thought of the little things, which made all of the difference to us as a family. From the moment my husband rang you for advice when my mum passed away you helped make everything so seamless. I can honestly say I was never once worried because you always had an answer to any of our questions, and ensured we always knew what was happening in regards to the arrangements.

Mum I am sure loved her moment yesterday 28th February and her grandsons were so pleased to be able to help carry her coffin in. My family and friends also said how wonderful it all was, and of course Laura Rusbridge the celebrant was the icing on the cake as she really is a wonderful human being. Thank you all.
