Andrea was really good from the beginning and she helped me out all way long. Very supportive and professional. I’m giving 5 stars to the team : funeral director, celebrant and Andrea. The only not good thing is that quite pricey !

Very happy with Andreas help and support and guidance through a difficult and stressful time, and many thanks to Karen and all other the staff on the day of the funeral they were all very kind to us and were a great support.

I found the whole process from our first meeting caring, well explained and professional. The service itself was more than we could have wished for. The mother of the deceased said that she could not imagine a more beautiful way to say goodbye. A big thank you to Justin and David for your support through the most difficult of times.

Handled everything BRILLIANTLY and also walked me through everything I needed to do as I didn’t have a clue. Andrea also made phone calls to chase things and was an amazing rock for us. I would recommend to anyone to do as Paul did, pay for a funeral with the coop as they were supportive and lovely.

Andrea was fantastic. She went above and beyond in supporting me to plan my daughters funeral under difficult circumstances. She allowed me plenty of time to talk things through and i really appreciated that we were able to tailor Emily's funeral ie 6 songs and an individually designed order of service cover which reflected a celebration of her life. Andrea kept the funeral private and ensured that others in the team did so as well. I appreciated the fact that she attended the funeral to make sure everything ran smoothly. Amy and Andrea were a dream team. I appreciated meeting them both to run through the funeral in detail. They were both extremely well organised and followed my instructions to the letter. the day

The most difficult time in my life, but you made things a little harder to bear.
Whilst it was a Direct funeral it was the wish of my late husband that he didn't want any fuss. He enjoyed life and that's how he will be remembered.
