Excellent response and prompt collection of deceased following their death.
The process by the team for making all the arrangements were very good, they were very helpful and obliging when changes were required.
(Time for the coffin was arranged for 8 am to enter the Church, so flowers needed to be delivered the day before. Then told that this would not happen until 9 am, so flowers could have been delivered the same morning!)
On the day from start with the cars with the funeral director and bearers/drivers, through the Service & Crematorium to the finish and the return home was Excellent.

My mum died recently and the co-op took care of everything.   It is obviously a very difficult time but they just seemed to do everything I wished for and were so caring and lovely.  Mum would have loved her funeral had she been there    A lot of my family said it was they best funeral lthey had been to   Of course it was terribly sad but not depressing if that makes sense.  I  would highly recommend them    Such lovely caring people.

Although the day was a sad day we wanted to the day to be a celebration of dads life. Throughout the planning and leading up to the day the funeral home and staff were simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral director on the day was amazing. Many of the guests commented on how good the funeral was and mentioned that it would be one that would stay in the memories for a long time. Words can’t express our gratitude enough. Thank you so much.

At such a difficult time, everyone I had contact with was very professional and understanding from the moment of my mums death through to her funeral. The service received was excellent and all that I asked for was done to a very high standard. I was treated with respect, almost like a member of the family which was so reassuring which made the process a little easier. I cannot thank everyone involved enough and would highly recommend their service.

Initial contact was perfect. Day of the funeral was excellent.
Contact with staff between the two was difficult and calls were often not returned.

Excellent service . Lovely lady shauna , who helped us plan the funeral such a kind and caring lady . And to David who came and helped us with the service, and who done such a great service for the funeral. Everyone commented how wonderful and caring he was. And the funeral staff who were superb.

Excellent service but did not confirm they had completed the funeral of my mother and that it had gone well. As I am not in the south of the country I was left without a conclusion that everything had gone to plan. I would used the service again if I was in a similar position.
