I dealt with lee from start to finish he was very empathetic and was so caring and took in a to account covid pandemic and guided me even in  unorthodox times my dad’s funeral was direct to cremation As that’s what he wanted and even though it was simple dad was treated with care and dignity he arrived in a hearse not a van and we watched dad enter crematorium draped in welsh flag accompanied by bearers with such professionalism we was able to place single white rose which helped us as all with our grief I would highly recommend m Garton I’m looking into my own funeral arrangements now given uncertain times thankyou gentleman xx

We would like to thank Gartons for a wonderful service in what is the worst time of our lives..... We can’t praise Lee enough!  He was considerate and professional throughout.... His caring, calming demeanour instantly made us feel supported and that our loved one,Paul was being taken care of and looked after to the highest standards....We decided we would like to see Paul at the funeral home and on seeing him the men and Lee were so considerate of how we were feeling and respected our privacy and on seeing Paul we felt so reassured at how at peace he looked .

Can’t praise Lee and Gartons enough would strongly recommend

from start to finish in these horrible times Lee took over and helped where ever he could. Answering questions in his professional manner and was available night and day for us whenever we needed Gartons. from picking mum up from the hospital to her being buried she was cared for with respect and dignity and all our requests were addressed and submitted if possible.

I would gladly recommend Gartons for all your funeral requirements they go above and beyond care and help and especially in this horrible time.

Dedicated, sensitive and immensely helpful. Gartons provide a funeral service of such grace and ceremony. The team present with dignified, sartorial elegance. They strike absolutely the right tone of respect without fawning. Yet nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise them enough. I can only say that they made a  beautiful day out of such misery. You are in safe hands.

I would like to sincerely thank Gartons on behalf of my family, I had never had to deal with such things before and was helped along every step of the way.
I would wholeheartedly reccomend them without hesitation, I have nothing to compare their service too but I cant think of anything they could have improved on.
This is very short and sweet but they were so great and I feel they helped us so much and I am so glad to have recieved such amazing service at such a sad time.

We mainly dealt with Lee and Eric and I can honestly say that from start to finish they and the whole team were so lovely, kind, helpful, patient and professional.

They offered us gentle advice whilst arranging the funeral and we also felt very supported by them on the day of the funeral and afterwards.

My family felt that my Gran was very well looked after by them and thanks to them we were able to give her the lovely send off she deserved.

I would highly recommend Gartons.

Everything was perfect. The flowers were lovely and their professionalism and support throughout was exemplary. My mother hadn’t been well towards the end of her life and it was sad to see her like that. However, the service has left me with a lovely memory of her. I really can’t thank them enough.

The family of the late Margaret Coverdale (Peggy)would like to thank Garton`s Funeral directors , especially Lee, for the care they gave to Peggy and support and guidance they gave to us all. They all treated her with the dignity she deserved and were always there to help us when we needed them. Also the vicar they requested for us was excellent and he gave a lovely service for her. The urology he gave was just her!!! All concerned made a very difficult, emotional time much easier to cope with.

Gartons were very kind very helpfull in all arrangements. Lee was exceptional. In dealing with arrangements. Nothing was any trouble. I carnt thank them enough for all there kindness an sympathy in dealing with my dear mother and efficient funeral arrangements .thank you once again

At this very sad and emotional time I was very confused and unsure of what I was doing . The people at gartons from the collection of my friend to the cremation guided me with lots of care and advice and helped me throughout the full time explaining from start to finish of what to do next they provide an excellent service and would highly recommend this funeral directors x

I cannot recommend enough Garton&Son's funeral service. I was so impressed by how they went out of their way at every corner to help navigate me through the preparations. It left me feeling stress free and at ease. There were so many helpful suggestions and going out of their way for things to help me that I had not imagined. They came to our home, in no way did I feel any type of 'business' even though there were lots of details to take care of, the whole process was handled with great sensitivity. Malcolm called me at home to help me with things I didn't know how to do. They helped my elderly father taking him to register and then delivered the flowers after the service to donate to the home knowing we had no transport. Nothing was any trouble to them at all. They went out of their way to make sure it was just 'plain sailing' and I felt a lot of care and sincerity. Fraser was exceptional at his job. On the day of the service having Eric in Fraser's place felt comfortable as I felt they were so professional and the caring was continuous. Visiting their office, I felt the atmosphere was very peaceful and Julia's service too, was impeccable. For these times you need people with sincerity and maturity such as Garton's. This is a  company that fulfilled all my expectations. I want to thank Fraser, Eric and Julia from the bottom of my heart.
