The funeral directors that I personally dealt with were all very professional but also caring and compassionate. No question was a silly question and while a funeral plan was in place, there was still the opportunity to share personal touches.
I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the whole team for the care shown towards us as a grieving family and for taking care of mum.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from co-op Funeral care when we entrusted them with the care of our beautiful mum. 

From day one, we asked for the impossible and Amber went above and beyond to make the impossible happen in such a tight time frame. We are so incredibly grateful to her and all the staff at Co-Op Goole branch. 
The back of house staff did a fabulous job making mum look so peaceful and the beautiful lady she was. 
Duane and the team on the day were spot on and met our rather specific  requirements perfectly.

Great service by the whole co- op team from start to finish. Would highly recommend the Co-op.
Dwane our funeral director was amazing really made us all feel at ease on this very difficult day very professional but also caring. Also a thankyou to our officiate Louise for an amazing ceremony, she really got everything spot on and portrayed our mother as the wonderful character she was. It was a celebration of her life and what she meant to us. Many thanks to Pauline and Amber at the Goole branch for taking care of us before during and after the funeral of our mum.
