Thank you to all concerned with mum’s funeral arrangements. 
Very professional and caring at all times. 
The men that came to collect mum early hours of the morning were very caring, the lady who helped me arrange things in the Beverley office was very helpful and professional. A big thank you to Danielle who rang me and kept me up to date with all the arrangements and did a wonderful job on the day.
Everything went exactly as planned.

Super customer care from the staff, great support and concern to get it right for us and wonderful celebrant Helen with a service that matched all our expectations. Great transport staff to the crematorium delivered us after the service where we needed to go and all our worries and concerns were dealt with. Thankyou to all concerned.

My mom’s death came at a difficult time for me so I was really grateful to have Beverley Funeralcare arrange everything. We just had to choose the colour of her flowers. The celebrant was also recommended and my mom had a beautiful non religious service in the lovely new crematorium chapel at Haltemprice. Thank you for everything you did leading up to the event I have no hesitation in recommending you.

I cannot praise enough Claire Louise of the Beverley office. From my very first meeting she went through all the questions I had to answer about my Uncle's funeral clearly, patiently and with great sympathy. She described every stage clearly and showed me examples of all the choices I could make. She never rushed me and was always very flexible with her suggestions. All subsequent calls and visits to the office where met with  her warm caring manner and her support was greatly appreciated. At all times her communication skills were without fault and her employers should be proud of her.
On the day of the funeral the care for detail and concern for the family shown by Danielle and the staff is to be applauded. The occasion went very smoothly due, we feel, to the meticulous planning and communication of each stage.

First class service throughout Claire Louise at beverly was so lovely kind and caring and compassionate. Danielle a beautiful lady who led the funeral was also very kind caring and compassionate we had everything we asked for and the service went without any hiccups we gave my dad a beautiful send off all with the help from the Co op funeral care fantastic people to deal with very professional and they really do care .thankyou to all the people involved with my dad's funeral .

Thank you so much to Claire-Louise in the Beverley office.
You were so kind and the driver, coffin bearers and Kelly did a fab job on the day. As a daughter, I was disorientated on the day of the funeral, but they fantastically 'took my hand' and guided me so well.
Everyone commented on how lovely the service was.

Clare Louise was a wonderful from the beginning- my sister in law died suddenly and we dont live locally so everything had to been done remotley & via telephone. She was so helpful & guided through all the precures as we hadnot done this before . Would thoroughlyrecommend The Cooperative Funeral Care & especially Clare Louise.
