Everyone at Coop funeralcare met with all our needs with dignity and respect. Especially Lee who went above and beyond to make things as easy and hassle free as possible. We especially appreciated how well they kept Robert until he was laid to rest, it certainly made it easier for us to see him. Everything was just lovely for us and we as a family definitely appreciated everything that was done for us in very difficult circumstances. Thanks to everyone who helped make everything easier to cope with.

Lee was exceptional much more than above and beyond. Nothing was a bother. Lee was  very professional but was easy to talk to and provided me with the service that made it personal to me, my friends and family. Lee just made it a bit more special from doing the Order of Service which
captured my husband so beautifully to introducing me to Sharon Campbell the humanist who spoke all about Alans life. Everything was just perfect.

This is the second time in the space of 10 months that we have used our local cooperative funeral care.
Both times the staff were supportive, caring and empathetic.
Although we had a different funeral director this time, I have to say, she led the funeral perfectly.
Nothing was ever a problem for all that I spoke to.
