Can’t thank Co-op Funeralcare enough. I purchased a Funeral Plan  for myself and my husband when he was diagnosed with a terminal illness  last year . I did it online and it was so easy . Our local Co-op Funeralcare in Tranent were amazing when my husband passed away . They made all the arrangements so easy. Everything was just perfect . Their personal touch with poems for Order of Service brought happy tears to my eyes . Can’t recommend Co-op Funeralcare enough

Lee and her team were at all times caring and companionable in the handling of our Mum's Funeral. They went the extra distance to accomodate our needs. The time between Mum dying and the funeral was over four weeks but this was not due in anyway to the Coop team. Lee and the team made it pissible for us to give Mum a very personal funeral and the whole family thank them for this.

Prompt response, kind, considerate, nothing was ever too much trouble. We were a 7 hour car drive away and everything was dealt with over the phone or email. We also needed a dog friendly hotel which they recommended, the dog even came to the service. Cannot rate the service highly enough. Special mention to Lee and Vicky thank you for your patience and kindness, very much appreciated at a difficult time. The quality of the order of service exceeded my expectations, put together with photographs, a great job everyone. Thank you so much.
