My dad had pre purchased a funeral plan from Tranent Cooperative. Having never organised a funeral before was totally at a loss as what to expect. After sitting down with Lee and listening to her advice and the help she gave on the funeral day my dad's funeral went without a hitch. Pre funeral herself and Margaret were constantly in touch with what was happening. Any questions I had were always answered and dealt with. So glad my mum has also done a funeral plan too.

All staff were extremely helpful and very caring when I was arranging my Brothers Funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always asked if I was OK. As it was my first time arranging a Funeral this made it much easier for myself and my family and I knew I could phone them anytime if I needed any advice. A great service from all.

From the initial meeting with Margaret to Lees farewell at the Brig it was all perfect for us.
Margaret was frequently in touch to keep us updated and also helped my brother make sure the music was just right.
Lee added her own very soecial touch to the service sheet, adding Sutherland tartan and a fiddle and poems which were just right. Lee on the day quietly guided us through it all with respect and kindness.
The celebrant ,Sharon Campbell, was just superb too.
Many people who attended the funeral commented on how good everything was and I obviously shared your details.
