Myself and my family cannot thank Susan and her staff more for all the thought and attention that went into preparing my late fathers perfect send off. They help me organise his funeral from nearly 100 miles away and nothing was to much trouble for them.

Having someone pass away is always us a traumatic experience however on the recent passing of my father Susan at Kirkintilloch branch was absolutely amazing in everything she did. She put me at ease right from our first meeting and really supported me through the whole process. I couldn’t have did it without her support, assistance and professionalism, our family are indebted to her for making the whole experience as less stressful as possible while upholding all our dads wishes for his burial arrangements.

The co-op funeral care in Kirkintilloch made all of the arrangements for both of my parents.  They were comforting and professional throughout and couldn’t do enough to make sure our parents both got the funeral they deserved.  I can’t recommend them enough

At this difficult time of the loss of a close family member, we were quickly put at ease by the caring and reassuring manner of the member of staff who took us through the necessary procedures and requirements of preparation for a funeral.

Our needs and wishes were all taken care of in an exemplary and professional manner. Any doubts or questions we had later were quickly dealt with by a reassuring phone call, and nothing was ever a problem.

As a family we were delighted in every way with the manner in which the funeral was undertaken and conducted on this special day in our lives.
